There are two ways to update your personal information on eblackjack — some details you can change yourself, while others require support assistance.

You can update this yourself:

• Profile picture & display name: App → Profile → Edit.
• Email address: go to Profile → Security → Change Email.
• Password: Change anytime via Profile → Security.

Need Support?

• Legal registered name (as per NID): To change this, submit your NID and a live selfie to support.
• Changing your mobile number requires OTP verification via your old number or proof of NID. This is strictly verified for security purposes.

Changing your mobile number typically takes 24–48 hours. Start a live chat with support and mention "number change" to get the process going.

An eblackjack account is typically locked for one of two reasons: (1) five consecutive incorrect password attempts trigger an automatic 30-minute lock, or (2) an admin may lock the account for security if suspicious activity is detected.

Resolution Steps:

1. Wait 30 Minutes — the automatic lock will lift on its own.
2. If it doesn't open On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" Click the link and reset your password using the OTP sent to your phone.
3. Not Receiving OTP or Need to Change Your Number Contact Us via Live Chat and verify your identity using your NID number and date of birth.

eblackjack offers two different types of daily reward systems:

Daily Check-In: Open the app once a day and tap the "Check-In" button to earn escalating rewards. You get ৳20 in bonus points on day one, building up to ৳350 if you check in seven days in a row. Miss a day and your streak resets to zero.

How to Earn Free Spins:

Live Betting: For in-play events, winnings are credited within 3–5 minutes of the event settling.

eblackjack offers three options as part of its responsible gaming commitment:

Option 1 — Temporary Break (Cooling-Off): App → My Account → Take a Break → choose between 1 day and 6 weeks. During this period, logging in or making deposits will not be possible. Access is restored automatically once the break period ends.
