Match cancellations and mid-game interruptions are a real concern, and eblackjack has a clear policy for both. For pre-match bets — if a match is cancelled before it starts, your full stake is automatically refunded to your balance. For live bets — cancellations after a match has begun are handled differently. If a sufficient portion of the game has been completed (generally a minimum of 5 overs in cricket or 45 minutes in football), results may be settled based on the score at that point. Otherwise, the bet is voided and your full stake is returned. In the event of a power cut or lost internet connection, your session is saved on eblackjack's servers — reconnect and you'll pick up exactly where you left off.
